Cancelling a Subscription

Use the Amendment object to cancel a subscription. Note that you cannot cancel a draft subscription.

To cancel a subscription,

Create a new Amendment.
Set the Type to Cancellation.
Set the EffectiveDate to the desired date and time of cancellation. This date and time must be in the future.
Specify the subscription's ID.
Insert the new amendment.
