For the past several years, even though I try to answer all my email (except those from obvious crackpots), I have been running a pretty constant one to two months behind in my responses. (In some cases, longer. Though I try to answer emergency questions immediately.) In the email I receive, many of the same questions arise repeatedly, so if you read through the questions in these pages, you might find that your question has already been asked and asnwered.
